Background
Cuyahoga County is seeking a company to partner with to provide a 3 Year contract for Remittance Software Licensing and Support Package for Cannon CR-190i scanners. The Office of the County Treasurer is seeking a quote for this contract.

Work Details
The contract includes the initial conversion and/or build cost to conform software to the County’s requirements and be compatible with Cannon CR-190i scanners, as well as the provision of software license and support package for 3 scanners. The awarded vendor’s software must meet specific requirements such as compatibility with current remittance equipment, Windows 10, creating X9.37 cash letter/deposit file, accepting payment coupons, inputting parcel numbers, scanning remittance/payment slips, creating files for payment posting, prompting data entry portion, scanning checks for deposit only, allowing manually imputed coupon amounts, accepting multiple coupons with one check or one coupon with multiple checks, having a 'Check and List' option to input multiple parcels for one check, providing data entry points/prompts including MICR line, check amount, check number, parcel number, allowing multiple batches for one deposit, reformatting batches into payment posting files by tax allocation (OCR file), providing various daily reports and search capabilities based on dollar amount, parcel number, deposit date.
Additionally, the software must allow the ability to go back and add or remove checks/payments and show if transactions are unbalanced or out of order. The technical information includes the use of 3 Remittance Scanners, seeking 3 software licenses and scanning approximately 265,000 items (checks and deposit slips) per year.
