Campus Dining Assessment

The University is seeking proposals from qualified vendors or providers to deliver consulting services for a Campus Dining Assessment, as detailed in the specifications and requirements outlined in the RFP attachments section for this event. The purpose of this contract is to select a vendor who can provide expert consulting services to evaluate and assess the University's campus dining operations. The University has issued this request for proposals (RFP) to identify and engage a provider who meets the outlined criteria and can fulfill the requirements of the contract. Vendors interested in responding to this RFP must submit an electronic copy of their proposal through the University's electronic sourcing portal at http://www.admin.muohio.edu/cfapps/eBidPurchasing/. Any questions regarding the RFP should also be submitted through the portal, and responses to these questions will be posted there as well. Each proposal must include a list of any exceptions or deviations from the specified standards. If no exceptions are clearly stated in the submission, the proposal will be expected to meet or exceed all specifications, terms, and conditions. Any deviations from the minimum specifications will be reviewed by the end users. All proposals must be signed by an authorized agent of the seller. Pricing, discounts, or other financial considerations relevant to the technical requirements must be fully detailed in the response. It is the responsibility of the respondent to ensure that all required documentation is submitted on time and to the correct location. Submissions that are late, incomplete, or missing required information or the correct number of copies will be considered unresponsive and disqualified. The University will base its award decision on factors including price and terms, delivery and availability, quality and durability, ease of use, suitability for the University's intended use, and the judged reliability of the vendor.
