Bulk Fuels: Gasoline/Ethanol Blend (87 and 89 Octane), Diesel Fuel (No. 2 and Premium, Clear and Dyed), and No. 1 Fuel Oil, Districts 6-8

Background
The State of Ohio is seeking bids for various grades of fuels to be used in State and Cooperative Member vehicles, equipment and for the heating of State and Cooperative Member facilities. The contract will be awarded based on districts established by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). The following are the districts to be awarded: District 6: Delaware, Fayette, Franklin, Madison, Marion, Morrow, Pickaway, Union; District 7: Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Logan, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Shelby; District 8: Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Greene, Hamilton, Preble, Warren. This Contract does not apply to any island locations in Lake Erie.

Work Details
The contract is for various grades of fuels including Gasoline, Unleaded, Ethanol Blend (87 and 89 Octane), Diesel Fuel (No. 2 and Premium, Clear and Dyed), and No. 1 Fuel Oil. The fuel types available on this Contract are specified in detail.
Additionally, the contract requires that fuel samples are required as part of the solicitation response.

Period of Performance
The effective dates of the contract are from 8/1/2024 to 9/30/2027. The Contract may be renewed after the ending date solely at the discretion of the Contracting Agency for a period of one month.
Any further renewals will be by mutual agreement between the Contractor and the Contracting Agency for any number of times and for any period of time.
The cumulative time of all mutual renewals may not exceed 36 months unless the Contracting Agency determines that additional renewal is necessary.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for performance under this contract include Districts 6-8 in Ohio.
