Branded Items for AmeriCorps 30th Anniversary Event

Background
ServeOhio, the Ohio Commission on Service and Volunteerism, administers the national service program, AmeriCorps, and select volunteer engagement initiatives within Ohio.

2024 marks the 30th Anniversary of the AmeriCorps program, and ServeOhio is celebrating this milestone with a special event on October 10, 2024, in Columbus, Ohio. The goal of this contract is to procure a variety of branded items from one vendor to support the anniversary event.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following branded items:

- Retractable Banners (2 standard size)
- Step and Repeat Banner (1 standard size)
- T-shirts (25 in various sizes)
- Eco-friendly Reusable Tote Bags (500, standard size 15x15 inches with size flexibility)
- BPA-free plastic water bottles (500, sizes ranging from 16 to 24 oz., black and white logo acceptable).

Most items will feature two logos printed in full color. Design work is required for all items where noted, including incorporating logos and copy provided by ServeOhio and producing three artwork options for selection.

Period of Performance
All items must be delivered in-hand by October 1, 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Columbus, Ohio.
