Background
The Ohio State University (OSU) and Ohio State University Medical Center (OSUMC) are seeking proposals for asset tagging services. The goal of this contract is to enhance the management of assets within the higher education and patient care environments over a period of three years, with an option for two additional years based on mutual agreement.
Work Details
The contractor will provide asset tagging services as outlined in the Scope of Work document. This includes tracking and supplying OSU and OSUMC with necessary data regarding assets. Vendors are required to submit a pricing matrix along with their proposal, detailing the costs associated with the services provided.
Period of Performance
The contract will be for three calendar years, with an option for annual renewal for up to two additional years, pending mutual agreement and approval by OSU and OSUMC.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at locations designated by OSU and OSUMC.
Bidder Requirements
Vendors must meet the following criteria:
1. At least three years in business;
2. Experience in higher education and patient areas;
3. Provide a list of top three customers and references;
4. Operate offices and warehouses sufficient to meet OSUMC's 'just-in-time' needs;
5. Capable of tracking and supplying necessary data;
6. Qualified personnel must wear clean uniforms that clearly identify their employer.
