Annual Analytical Balance Calibration

Background
The Division of Water is seeking an Annual Analytical Balance Service, Calibration, and Preventative Maintenance Service for the year 2024. The vendor must be an ISO/IEC 17025 Certified Company, and the service technician must be factory-trained to perform the required services and repairs.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the accurate calibration and maintenance of analytical balances used in water quality analysis.

Work Details
The vendor will provide on-site evaluation, service, and calibration of eight analytical balances located at four different sites in Columbus. Each balance will require a Certificate of Calibration report that includes:

- Calibration Site
- Calibration Method
- ISO/IEC 17025 compliance
- Environment
- Weight Set Number
- NIST Traceability Number.

The calibration process will involve a five-point calibration method that documents the weight used, tolerance levels, and before-and-after calibration values. The specific balances to be serviced include:
