American Sign Language Interpreting Services - Two Days in May Conference

Background
The Ohio Attorney General's Office (AGO) is seeking to contract a vendor to provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting services for the Two Days in May Conference scheduled for May 19 and 20, 2025, at the Columbus Downtown Hilton.

The goal of this contract is to ensure accessibility for attendees who require ASL interpretation during the conference sessions.

Work Details
The contractor will provide in-person ASL interpreters as detailed in the 'ASL Conference Schedule' document, which outlines session times and the maximum number of interpreters needed.

While it is not expected that the maximum number of interpreters will be required, the AGO intends to establish a purchase order for that maximum amount. Approximately two weeks prior to the event, the AGO will confirm with the selected vendor the actual number of interpreters needed.

The contractor must include documentation demonstrating their qualifications and experience in providing ASL interpretation services, including relevant certifications and specialized training. The contractor will invoice only for the interpretation services requested by the AGO.

Period of Performance
The contract work will commence upon receipt of an approved purchase order and must be completed by May 20, 2025.

The agreement may expire no later than June 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Columbus Downtown Hilton, located in Columbus, Ohio.
