ADM Contract - Autodesk AutoCAD + Support FY27 Renewal

Background
The Ohio Department of Public Safety (ODPS) is seeking to renew its contract for Autodesk AutoCAD and associated support services. This renewal is aimed at ensuring continued access to essential design software and technical support for the department's operations, particularly in relation to the Ohio School Safety Center.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of two (2) single-user seat licenses of Autodesk AutoCAD and five (5) ProductivityNow support licenses. The Independent Contractor is responsible for delivering these licenses and ensuring that all services are performed in a professional manner, adhering to applicable commercial standards. The contractor must also provide necessary support staff, materials, tools, and equipment unless otherwise specified by ODPS policy or the Scope of Work.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from July 1, 2026, to March 26, 2027, which constitutes a partial term of nine months. Bidders are required to submit pricing based on this specified timeframe.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at locations designated by the Ohio Department of Public Safety within the State of Ohio.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. They must ensure that they are not currently subject to any debarment from contract awards by the Ohio Department of Administrative Services or any federal or state debarment list.
