Background
The contract is issued for snow removal services by the relevant agency, aimed at ensuring safe access to facilities during winter weather conditions.
The goal is to maintain clear and safe parking lots and walkways for users following snowfall events.

Work Details
The Service Provider will perform snow removal services after receiving more than a quarter of an inch of snow. This includes:
- Ploughing parking lots
- Shoveling walkways and ramps
- Applying de-icing materials to these areas.
De-icing will also be applied during freezing rain conditions. Services are limited to a maximum of two applications per day unless otherwise approved by the customer. The service is only required Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Quotes must include daily pricing for both de-icing services and snow ploughing services, with separate pricing provided if only one service is requested. Additionally, pricing for emergency calls for these services must be included, both per service and as a combined rate.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed during the winter season starting from the date of award until the end of the winter season, specifically focusing on days when snowfall occurs.
