Background
The Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is seeking quotes for janitorial services at their Norwalk Office, located at 105 Cleveland Rd, Ste. A, Norwalk, OH 44857. Work Details
The contractor will provide janitorial services at least three times per week. Services include:
- Cleaning restrooms (sinks, toilets, mirrors)
- Kitchen/breakroom (vacuuming/mopping floors, wiping down surfaces)
- Lobby/reception areas
- Offices
- Conference rooms
- Hallways (vacuuming/mopping floors)
- Vestibule/entrance areas.
The contractor must supply all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. They will also be responsible for the disposal of waste and must ensure that all cleaning operations leave the premises in an orderly condition. A single point of contact must be provided to OOD for coordination.
Period of Performance
The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
