Background
The City of Columbus is seeking to establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for electric motor service and repair, including parts, on an as-needed basis.

The estimated dollar amount for this agreement is $15,000.00. This contract aims to ensure the maintenance and repair of various electric motors used throughout the city.

Work Details
The contractor will provide electric motor service and repair, including all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment.

The service includes transportation to and from the repair facility if needed. The motors to be serviced include brands such as WEG, Marathon, and Baldor with sizes up to 350HP.

The contractor must provide unit costs for representative items listed in the solicitation for evaluation purposes. Additional charges may apply for trip charges and truck charges, which must be quoted in the comments section.

Period of Performance
The funds available on the Purchase Order expire on February 28, 2026. Any unspent funds will be canceled after this date.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed throughout the City of Columbus, with the vendor required to pick up and deliver motors as necessary for repairs.

Bidder Requirements
The service provider must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in repairing electric motors of the specified types.
