Background
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking to establish term contract pricing for an undefined quantity of handheld and mobile retroreflectometers. These devices are essential for measuring pavement markings and highway signs, aligning with ODOT's mission to maintain safe and efficient transportation infrastructure in Ohio.

Work Details
The contract will involve the provision of handheld and mobile retroreflectometers capable of measuring retroreflectivity for pavement markings and highway signs. Specific products include:
- Handheld Retroreflectometers for Pavement Markings: Delta LTL3500, Delta LTL3000, RoadVista Stripemaster 2 Touch, RoadVista Stripemaster 3, Screening Eagle Zehntner ZRM 6006, Screening Eagle Zehntner ZRM 6010, Screening Eagle Zehntner ZRM 6014, or approved equal.
- Mobile Retroreflectometers for Pavement Markings: Delta LTL-M, Retrotek-D, RoadVista LaserLux G7, Screening Eagle Zehntner ZDR 6020, or approved equal.
- Handheld Retroreflectometers for Highway Signs: Delta Retrosign GRX, RoadVista Model 922, RoadVista Model 932, Screening Eagle Zehntner ZRS 6060, or approved equal.
All equipment must meet federal and state regulations and be new with no defects.

Period of Performance
The effective duration of this agreement shall be one year from the date of the award. All bid pricing submitted shall remain valid throughout this period.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to any of ODOT’s twelve districts and eighty-eight counties in the State of Ohio. Specific destination points will be detailed in purchase orders issued by the Department.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit descriptive literature electronically in Ohio Buys before the published deadline. They must also register as a State of Ohio Supplier with the Department of Ohio Shared Services and obtain an OAKS vendor identification number within fourteen calendar days from the date of contract award.
