313-26 Culvert Maintenance

Background
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is issuing this invitation to bid for the purpose of establishing term contract pricing for various culvert maintenance services.
The goal is to ensure the proper maintenance and repair of existing conduits, which is essential for effective drainage and infrastructure integrity across the state.
This contract encompasses multiple types of work, allowing vendors to bid on one or more options as needed.

Work Details
The contract includes the following services:
1. Furnishing, installing, and grouting liner pipe into existing conduits (837).
2. Furnishing liner pipe materials only (837).
3. Furnishing and installing a close-fit pipe liner system (899).
4. Furnishing, installing, and grouting joint seals in existing conduits.
5. Furnishing joint seal materials only.
6. Providing equipment and labor for cleanout of culverts and storm drains.
7. Furnishing and installing materials for existing conduit repair using field paving techniques.
8. Supplying Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Mat (936) materials only.
Vendors may choose to bid on any combination of these options, with no requirement to bid on all types of work.

Period of Performance
The effective duration of this agreement shall be from the Date of Award through December 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The projects will be located within the counties of each of the twelve Districts in the State of Ohio.
