Description

It is the intent of The Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court to obtain bids to establish a purchase order for the purchase of maintenance service and parts for time stamps used in the Clerk's Office, 375 South High Street, Columbus Ohio, 43215 The Purchase Order shall not be construed as an actual order to manufacture, ship or provide any items or services. Rather, this order enables properly authorized Clerk's Office personnel to make purchases on an as needed basis per the referenced solicitation. The term of this Contract shall be from 03/01/2025 to 02/28/2026. This Contract shall not automatically renew. Price shall be FOB destination freight prepaid and allowed unless otherwise specified. The winning bidder MUST have time stamps picked up from 375 South High Street, 1st Floor (mailroom) or 4th Floor (Administration), Columbus Ohio 43215 and returned to the 375 South High Street, 4th Floor (Administration), Columbus Ohio 43215 after needed repairs, at no cost to the Clerk's Office. Any cost for pick up and return of time stamps will be the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. If time stamp is lost during shipping, it is the sole responsibility of the winning bidder to locate time stamp. If time stamp is unable to be located, winning bidder will furnish a suitable replacement, at no cost to the Clerk's Office. The time stamp is manufactured by Rapidprint, model # AR-E. Enter the cost for each line item on the Parts List Document . If there is a parts mark up, enter the percentage of the markup. Any page number reference listed in the Parts List Document refers to the illustrated Parts List for the AR-E Time Stamps Dated 1/04/2012. If there are additional parts that are not included, please list them at the bottom of the Parts List Document, giving the description, part number and cost. The completed Parts List Document MUST be attached with your bid response. Bids that do not include the completed Parts List Document will be deemed non-responsive. Bid evaluation and award will be based on total cost for parts and hourly rate

Work Details

- The winning bidder must pick up time stamps from specified locations (1st Floor mailroom or 4th Floor Administration) and return them after repairs at no cost to the Clerk’s Office.
- If a time stamp is lost during shipping, the winning bidder is responsible for locating it or providing a suitable replacement at no cost.
- Bidders must complete a Parts List Document detailing costs for each line item, including any additional parts not listed.
- Bids will be evaluated based on total cost for parts and hourly rates.

Period of Performance
The term of this contract is from March 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026. This contract does not automatically renew.
