Background
Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court, intends to obtain bids for the renewal of Lepide Network Auditing software. This software will be utilized in the Office of Information Services located at 375 South High Street, 16th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215. The goal of this contract is to ensure continued access to essential network auditing tools for the court's operations.

All shipping and handling costs must be included in the final total bid. Delivery instructions specify that bids should include the cost of required inside delivery, F.O.B. destination prepaid and allowed.

Period of Performance
