2601 Dell M1000e Blade Chassis 3rd Party Maintenance

Background
Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court is seeking bids to establish a purchase order for maintenance services for their Dell Power Edge M1000E chassis. The goal is to ensure the continued operation and support of this equipment, which is critical for the Clerk's Office located at 375 South High Street, 16th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215. The Dell Power Edge M1000E chassis is noted to be end of life with Dell Marketing.

Work Details
The contract requires one (1) year of 3rd party maintenance for the following:

- Chassis Model: Power Edge M1000E
- Service Contract Type: Same as ProSupport
- Dell Service Tag Number: 94JN2H1
- Period Covered: 6/4/2025 to 6/3/2026.

Maintenance must include:
- Remote technical support available 24x7
- Coverage for both hardware and software
- Onsite hardware support with a response time of 4 hours for mission-critical issues
- 3rd party collaborative assistance
- Self-service case initiation and management
- Access to software updates.

All replacement parts must be Dell certified or equivalent. Additionally, all shipping and handling costs must be included in the total bid amount. The bid must also cover the cost of required inside delivery, F.O.B. destination prepaid and allowed.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from June 4, 2025, to June 3, 2026.
