No forklifts, hand jacks or carts are available for delivery use in the building, materials must be unloaded onto dock. Delivery to the 4th floor inside the building. No assistance can be provided. The loading dock cannot accommodate 16 wheel (semi, tractor & trailer) trucks. The loading dock usually requires a delivery vehicle equipped with a lift gate but can accept deliveries from vehicles without lift gates.
