Background
The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is seeking proposals for Temporary Personnel Services to fulfill various staffing needs. The goal of this contract is to provide qualified personnel for roles such as Accountant, Administrative Assistant, Budget Analyst, and more, in order to meet COTA's operational requirements.
The contract duration is set for two years, beginning on January 1, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2027.
Work Details
The contractor will provide temporary personnel for the following positions:
- Accountant I & II
- Administrative Assistant I & II
- Budget Analyst
- Contracts Administrator
- Customer Service Representative
- File Clerk
- Digital Media Specialist
- Graphic Designer
- HR Clerk
- HR Generalist
- Marketing Manager
- Payroll Clerk
- Project Manager
- Recruiter
- Senior Systems Administrator
- System Administrator
- Technical Support Analyst.
Responsibilities include responding to requests for personnel within 60 minutes of receipt; locating and pre-screening candidates; providing resumes for review; assisting in scheduling interviews; conducting background checks and drug tests; ensuring employees report on time and dressed appropriately; and providing references as needed. The contractor must ensure that no fees or waiting periods are required for temporary employees converting to permanent status. Additionally, the contractor must have a local business office and offer group health insurance coverage to full-time employees.
Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a two-year period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at COTA facilities located in Central Ohio.
Bidder Requirements
