2026 Springfield Township Crack Sealing Program

Work Requested:
The 2026 Springfield Township Crack Sealing Program requires the performance of all labor and the provision of all necessary materials, tools, machinery, and appliances for crack sealing work. All work must comply with Section 4115.03 through 4115.14 of the Ohio Revised Code.

This solicitation is issued by the Board of Springfield Township Trustees of Lucas County, Ohio.

The contract is for the 2026 Springfield Township Crack Sealing Program. The Board of Springfield Township Trustees is seeking electronic proposals for this project.

Contract Requirements:

• All labor and materials must be provided as specified in the plans and specifications.
• Compliance with Section 4115.03 through 4115.14 of the Ohio Revised Code is mandatory.
• The project completion date is July 3, 2026.
• Bids with zero dollar unit prices will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award.
• A bid bond must be submitted electronically with your bid. If you are the low bidder, the original bond must be submitted to the Township.
