2025 Storm Infrastructure Condition Assessment - CCTV #5

Background
The City of Cincinnati, through its Office of Procurement, is issuing this solicitation for the 2025 Storm Infrastructure Condition Assessment - CCTV Contract #5. The Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) Department and its Stormwater Management Utility (SMU) division are seeking to conduct condition assessments of storm sewers using Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV). This initiative aims to ensure the integrity and functionality of the city's stormwater infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor will perform condition assessments (CA) of storm sewers via CCTV inspections and reports. This includes sewer cleaning and the use of ancillary equipment as needed. Large diameter sewer inspections may require manned entry. Specific tasks include:

- Conducting final MH-to-MH or Sewer Inlet-to-MH televising.
- Performing reverse CAs if necessary.
- Submitting inspection reports in compliance with PACP standards.

The contractor must also manage preparatory work such as light sewer cleaning, root cutting, heavy sewer cleaning, and grinding protruding break-in service connections. All work must adhere to NASSCO standards and be documented appropriately.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon the effective start date and will last for twelve (12) months. All work must be completed by September 1, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in various neighborhoods within Cincinnati, specifically College Hill, Northside, and Queensgate.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with the City of Cincinnati's Vendor Self Service website to submit a bid. They are required to provide a Bid Bond or certified check for at least 10% of the total bid amount. Additionally, all personnel involved in the project must be NASSCO PACP certified with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Compliance with M/WBE regulations is mandatory.
