2025 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM- Quad 3

Background
The City of Westlake, Ohio, through its Municipal Engineering Department, is initiating the 2025 Sidewalk Repair Program for Quadrant 3. This program aims to rehabilitate sidewalks by replacing previously identified damaged slabs and performing miscellaneous repairs and adjustments in the northwest portion of the city, specifically north of Hilliard Blvd. and west of Dover Center Road.

Work Details
The contract involves the following tasks:
1. Removal and replacement of individual sidewalk slabs as identified in prior assessments.
2. Miscellaneous repairs and adjustments at various locations within the specified work limits.
3. The work focuses on specific slabs that require attention rather than entire runs of sidewalk.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe as outlined in the contract documents, starting from the date of the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in the northwest portion of Westlake, Ohio, specifically in Quadrant 3, which includes areas north of Hilliard Boulevard and west of Dover Center Road.
