2025 Sewer Assessment & Cleaning Contract

Background
The 2025 Sewer Assessment & Cleaning Contract is issued by the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (MSDGC).
The contract aims to support the assessment and maintenance of sanitary and combined sewer systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
The MSDGC's mission includes maintaining the integrity of sewer infrastructure and providing effective wastewater management services to the community.

Work Details
The contractor will provide various services including:
- Video sewer inspections and reports (both written and video) for on and off-road sewers.
- Sewer cleaning services, including light and heavy cleaning as needed.
- Manhole inspections using MSD specifications, recorded electronically or on paper.
- Use of ancillary equipment for sewer investigations.
- Conducting PACP/LACP CCTV inspections in accordance with NASSCO standards, including robotic inspections for large diameter sewers.
- Locating underground sewer assets using appropriate equipment capable of depths over 25 feet.
- Emergency response for any maintenance or structural defects that pose a risk of backup in houses or the system.
- Disposal of debris collected during cleaning efforts at designated locations as directed by MSD.
Pricing shall be firm for the life of the contract, with all work performed under unit rates defined in the Pricing Sheet.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on the effective date and ends on February 28, 2026, with an option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods ending February 28, 2028.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati.
