Background
The 2025 Sewer Assessment & Cleaning Contract is issued by the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (MSDGC).

Work Details
The contractor will provide various sewer assessment and cleaning services, including:
- Video sewer inspections and reports (written and video)
- Video inspection and quantification/location of building sewers
- Sewer cleaning services
- Manhole inspection
- Use of ancillary equipment as needed for the above activities.

Large diameter sewer inspections may require manned entry. Specific tasks include conducting PACP/LACP CCTV inspections, performing robotic inspections, locating underground sewer assets, conducting dye/smoke testing, and managing emergency responses.
The contractor must adhere to NASSCO standards for all inspections, utilize appropriate technology for video recording, and ensure compliance with MSDGC's operational protocols.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on the effective date of the contract and ends on February 28, 2026.
There is an option for renewal for two additional twelve-month periods, potentially extending the contract until February 28, 2028.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati.
