2024 - 4301- Dry Cleaning Service

Scope: The City of Columbus Department of Building and Zoning Services (hereinafter City) is seeking to establish two service contracts for Laundry Dry Cleaning, Pick Up, and Delivery Service on an as-needed basis. The estimated total dollar amount to be spent on these contracts is $5,000.00. This is an estimate of the annual needs of the City under these contracts and is for bidding purposes only. This estimate is not to be construed as representing an actual order for that amount or a guarantee that any minimum amount will actually be purchased. Subsequent to the acceptance of an offer, individual written purchase orders may be issued as needed by the City to purchase items listed herein during the term of the agreement. At no time shall the obligation of the City agency exceed the dollar amount of any associated purchase order. The contracts will expire one year from the date they begin. Any available funds not obligated by the City on or prior to the expiration of the contracts will be cancelled after that date. The location for pick-up and delivery will be at 111 N. Front Street, Columbus, OH 43215. Subsequent to an award, two purchase orders may be issued by the City to purchase the vendor's available services. At no time shall the obligation of the city agency exceed the dollar amount of an associated purchase order. The City seeks to hire one (1) Contractor for this service and the Contracts shall run from approximately October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025.
