- Asphalt Distributors

The vendor must ensure that all equipment meets federal and state regulations and is delivered with a full tank of fuel and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF). Additionally, installation of asphalt distributors on specified trucks provided by ODOT is required. All bids must include installation/assembly costs, labor costs, and inspection costs.
Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for twelve (12) months from the date of award, with an option for ODOT to extend the contract unilaterally for up to one (1) additional month at the original bid prices.
Place of Performance
All deliveries must be made Free on Board (F.O.B.) to any of ODOT’s twelve (12) Districts and eighty-eight (88) counties in the State of Ohio.
Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered through the Ohio Shared Services Office to obtain an OAKS Vendor Identification Number prior to being awarded any portion of this invitation to bid. Vendors are also required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding equal employment opportunity and fair labor practices.
