101G-26 Asphalt Concrete, Bituminous Mixes, Equipment Rental, and Material Hauling

Background
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is issuing this invitation to bid (ITB 101G-26) to establish a term contract for the provision of Asphalt Concrete, Bituminous Mixes, Labor rates, Material Hauling, and Equipment rental.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that all materials and services provided comply with the current ODOT Construction & Material Specification Book (C&MS) at the time of award.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following products and services:
1. Asphalt Concrete and other Bituminous Mixes as per specifications outlined in the current C&MS.
2. Labor rates for various tasks related to asphalt and bituminous work.
3. Material Hauling services for transporting asphalt and related materials.
4. Equipment rental for machinery necessary for asphalt work, including but not limited to milling machines, pavers, and trucks.

All mixing operations must meet applicable requirements contained in the C&MS at the time of award. The Job Mix Formula (JMF) will be provided by ODOT or the Contractor/Producer as directed for each Purchase Order (PO). Quality control measures will be implemented as specified by the District Testing Engineer, including sampling frequency and tolerances for materials.

Period of Performance
The effective duration of this contract shall be from the Date of Execution through February 28, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations throughout Ohio where ODOT projects are underway.
