Background
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is issuing this invitation to bid to establish a term contract for Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) related devices. The goal of the contract is to procure various hardware components necessary for the operation and maintenance of ITS, which includes devices such as CCTV cameras, communication devices, cabinets, OEM dynamic message sign (DMS) parts, and road weather information system parts.

Work Details
The contract will encompass 11 groups of products and services:
- Group 1A/1B: CCTV and CCTV Accessories
- Group 2: Portable CCTV
- Group 3: Lowering Units
- Group 4: Cabinet Assemblies & Hardware
- Group 5: Poles
- Group 6: Cellular Communications
- Group 7: Power Hardware
- Group 8: OEM Dynamic Message Sign Parts
- Group 9: Smart Devices
- Group 10: Network Communications
- Group 11: Road Weather Information System (RWIS). Each group contains specific items that must meet detailed specifications provided in the solicitation. Bidders are required to submit pricing based on the manufacturer and associated part numbers listed in the bid documents.

Period of Performance
The effective duration of this contract shall be twelve (12) months from the date of award.

Place of Performance
All deliveries shall be made to any of ODOT’s twelve Districts and eighty-eight counties in the State of Ohio. Specific delivery locations include ODOT's Central Office and ITS Lab located in Columbus, Ohio.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with the State of Ohio in the OhioBuys system. They must comply with E-Verify Workforce Integrity Act provisions, ensuring legal working status for all employees. Additionally, bidders must certify their status regarding domestic sourcing preferences and may need to provide descriptive literature for items being bid on.
