019-26 Temporary Sign Supports, Roll-Up Signs, Rigid Signs, Stop/Slow Paddles and Type III Barricades

Background
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is issuing this Invitation To Bid (ITB) to establish term contract pricing for an undefined amount of Temporary Sign Supports, Roll-Up Signs, Rigid Signs, Stop/Slow Paddles, and Type III Barricades.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that ODOT has access to necessary traffic control devices for various projects across the state.

Work Details
The contractor will provide an undefined quantity of the following items: Temporary Sign Supports, Roll-Up Signs, Rigid Signs, Stop/Slow Paddles, and Type III Barricades.

All products must conform to specified standards including ASTM D 4956 for roll-up signs and rigid sign substrates. Temporary sign supports and Type III barricades must be listed on the current ODOT Approved Products list.

Delivery must be made within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of a valid purchase order. The net unit bid price shall include delivery charges to any of ODOT’s twelve districts and eighty-eight county locations in Ohio.

Period of Performance
The effective duration of this contract shall be from the Date of Award through August 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
Delivery locations include any of ODOT’s twelve districts and eighty-eight county destination locations in the State of Ohio.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Vendors are required to submit descriptive literature upon request at no charge to ODOT.

Additionally, bidders must be registered suppliers with the State of Ohio through the OhioPays Portal and may need to provide samples upon request.
