Walworth IRA - Deck Design

Background
The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids to Design a Deck at our Walworth IRA located at 4500 Ontario Center Rd, Walworth, NY 14568. The agency is responsible for mandatory site visit to verify knowledge of the area for which service is being requested prior to bid submission.
The contract term is 30 days after completion of the project.

Work Details
The Design Vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete a fully comprehensive drawing design and specification generation of the services required in a professional manner. The scope of work includes design services, drawing designs and specifications in accordance with specific requirements, product specification data, and submission of documents to the OPWDD Point of Contact at routine intervals.
The Design Vendor shall also provide (2) sets of 24” x36” blueprints upon completion, mailed to the POC. The proposal shall include a time schedule for the Design Services based on current workload within the Design Firm and a Probable Construction Cost Estimate based on current pricing, materials, and supplies.

Period of Performance
The contract term is 30 days after completion of the project.

The contract will be performed at 4500 Ontario Center Rd, Walworth, NY 14568.
