Vendor Bid Item Listing

Background
The Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES and component School Districts require Basic School Supplies & Kits. The BOCES and School Districts have formed a Cooperative Bid Group as authorized by General Municipal Law Section 119-o. The goal of this contract is to establish prices for these items for the stated contract term, which will facilitate the procurement of necessary supplies for educational purposes.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of various basic school supplies and kits, which must be individually packaged per kit, per grade level, and labeled accordingly.

Specific items include:
- Kindergarten Kit: Rest Mat, Fiskar Scissors, Crayon Box, Crayons 24/ct (Crayola or Equal), Glue Stick (Elmers or Equal), Dry Erase Marker - Black, Large Pink or White Erasers 3/ct, 2-Pocket Folder - Blue, Playdough - Small Container 3 oz, Headphones (not ear buds), various sizes of Zip Lock Bags, Plastic Spoons.
- First Grade Kit: Similar items as Kindergarten with slight variations.
- Second Grade Kit.
- Third Grade Kit.
- Fourth Grade Kit.
- Fifth Grade Kit.

Each kit contains specific items tailored to the needs of students at each grade level.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from the award date through June 30, 2026. It may be extended for up to two additional periods of one year or less by mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance is primarily within the Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES service area in Newark, NY.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate capability to meet the requirements of this contract upon award. This includes providing evidence of experience, financial stability, personnel capacity, and systems requirements necessary to fulfill the contract obligations. Bidders must also comply with the Iran Divestment Act and not be listed on the Prohibited Entities List.
