Van Etten IRA - Bathroom Design

Background
The Finger Lakes Developmental Disabilities Service Office (FLDDSO) is issuing a solicitation for bids to design a bathroom at the Van Etten IRA located at 117 Langford Creek Rd, Van Etten, NY 14889.

The agency's mission is to provide support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This project aims to enhance the living conditions of residents by renovating their bathroom facilities.

Work Details
The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to the scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. The work includes:

1. Designs and specifications for a Bathroom Renovation;
2. Product Specification Data including construction details, material descriptions, dimensions, profiles, finishes, and applicable schematics;
3. All designs and specification documents must be provided in Adobe (.pdf) format;
4. Document submissions must be provided to the OPWDD Point of Contact at routine intervals:
a. 90% Completion (Issued for Permitting - signed and stamped);
b. 100% Completion;
5. Internal Construction Permitting must be completed by the Maintenance Supervisor with necessary OPWDD Agency Personnel;
6. The design vendor shall provide two sets of 24” x 36” blueprints upon completion, stamped/signed, and mailed to the Point of Contact;
7. Design services shall also include a Probable Construction Cost Estimate based on current pricing, materials, and supplies.

Period of Performance
The work is to be completed within 30 days of award unless modified.
