Description

The New York State Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a Contractor for printing services to manufacture and produce uniform traffic tickets (DMV Forms UT-50 , and UT-60 ). The Contractor will produce approximately five hundred thousand (500,000) UT-50 uniform traffic tickets and one million (1,000,000) UT-60 uniform traffic tickets over the term of the Contract.

Background
The New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking a Contractor for printing services to manufacture and produce uniform traffic tickets (DMV Forms “UT-50” and “UT-60”). The contract will be for a term of 5 years, commencing on March 24, 2025, and terminating on March 23, 2030. The Department is required by the Office of State Comptroller (OSC) to retain original documents in the event of an audit. Therefore, the Department will not accept electronic or facsimile bid transmissions.

Work Details
The Contractor will produce approximately five hundred thousand (500,000) UT-50 uniform traffic tickets and one million (1,000,000) UT-60 uniform traffic tickets over the term of the Contract.
Bidders must submit bids using the Bid Proposal Form attached to this IFB.
The bid prices shall remain valid for the Contract term, unless modified as provided.
The Contract price for goods and services provided may be modified upon Contractor’s written request to DMV and subject to DMV’s approval.
Biannual price modifications shall be requested based upon specific indices.
Bids must be signed by an individual who is duly authorized to bind the Bidder to the terms of the bid.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 5 years, commencing on March 24, 2025, and terminating on March 23, 2030.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance of the contract is at NYS Department of Motor Vehicles, 2 Van Buren Blvd., Building 6, Guilderland Center, NY 12085.
