Supply and Deliver Airport Access Control Cards, as Manufactured by Bristol Graphics Intermediate, Inc. dba P3 - One (1) Year Requirements Contract

Work Requested:
The Port Authority is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of Airport Access Control Cards, specifically as manufactured by Bristol Graphics Intermediate, Inc. dba P3. This contract will be a one (1) year requirements contract, and the selected vendor will be responsible for providing these access control cards as needed throughout the contract period.

Requesting Agency:
This solicitation is issued by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority).

Background:
This contract is established to ensure the Port Authority has a reliable source for Airport Access Control Cards, which are essential for maintaining secure access at airport facilities. The cards must be those manufactured by Bristol Graphics Intermediate, Inc. dba P3.

Contract Requirements:

• Supply and deliver Airport Access Control Cards as manufactured by Bristol Graphics Intermediate, Inc. dba P3.
• This is a one (1) year requirements contract.
• The applicable NIGP Code is 99022: Card Access Security Services.
• All businesses will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, age, or disability, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related regulations.
