SUNY Oswego - Lakeside ADA Stair and Ramp Replacement

Scope of Work Requested:
Northland Associates, Inc. is seeking quotes from qualified NYS MBE, WBE, and SDVOB subcontractors and suppliers for the SUNY Oswego - Lakeside ADA Stair and Ramp Replacement Project in Oswego, NY. The work to be completed includes:

• Site demolition
• Earthwork and site preparation
• Removal of spoils
• Installation of reinforced concrete walls with stone veneers
• Construction of stairs and railings
• Concrete sidewalks
• Bluestone masonry veneer and stone work
• Installation of metal bollards
• Plantings and lawn seeding
• Other appurtenances necessary for a complete renovation

This project is scheduled to be completed within 73 calendar days.
