SUNY Fredonia is seeking a partner to host its Drupal version 10-11+ websites that serve as public domains for recruitment and retention of students, as well as providing information to faculty and staff. The current web hosting agreement is expiring, prompting the need for uninterrupted continuation of services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide web hosting services for SUNY Fredonia's public websites, ensuring high service quality with critical uptime and problem resolution capabilities. Specific requirements include:

- Support for PHP 8.2+ FPM
- Support for Drupal versions 10-11+
- Composer and Git integration
- Real-time log viewing
- Performance monitoring and reporting
- Automated database backups and restoration
- Development, staging, and production environment support
- Unlimited self-service cloud development environment creation with git branching workflow
- New website provisioning on demand
- Permissions-based user access setup
- Case-sensitive filesystem support
- SFTP access for on-server development
- SSH connection support
- Self-service domain and SSL certificate provisioning
- Support for simplesamlphp SSO Authentication on Drupal sites
- 24/7 support with a response time of one hour or less, including live chat
- Online documentation library with a minimum uptime of 99.95%

Additionally, the primary website must handle up to 5 million visits annually with substantial database and file storage requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract will be awarded for a term of two years, starting from August 1, 2025, with an option to renew for up to three additional years in one-year terms.
