Requested Work:
SUNY Upstate Medical University is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to supply ST Engineering Aethon Zena RX Robots, including all necessary equipment, accessories, and related products. All products must meet or exceed the specifications provided for use in a hospital setting. Vendors able to provide either the specified product or an equivalent are encouraged to participate.

The university is seeking to enhance its hospital operations with advanced robotic solutions. No business enterprises have been awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract for this requirement within the past five years.

Contract Requirements:

• Compliance with NYS Finance Law 139 j&k (Lobbying Law), restricting communications to the designated contact person only.
• Submission of all applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Public Officers Law, NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, and New York State's Tax Law Section 5-a.
• Provision of valid and current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms by the successful contractor.
