Springwater IRA - Rear Deck Design

Background
The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids to Design a Rear Deck at our Springwater IRA located at 7430 Howe Ave, Springwater, NY 14560. The project involves mandatory site visits and has a due date of 06/12/2024. Prevailing Wage is not a requirement for this project.

Work Details
The vendor is required to provide designs and specifications for Rear Deck Replacement/Renovation, including construction details, material description, dimensions, profiles, finishes, and applicable schematics. All designs and specification documents need to be provided in Adobe (.pdf) format.
The vendor must also provide a probable construction cost estimate based on current pricing, materials, and supplies. Additionally, the design services should include a set of 24” x 36” blueprints upon completion, stamped/signed, and mailed to the Point of Contact (POC) listed.
The work must be completed within 30 days of award unless modified.
The project also includes internal construction permitting to be completed by the Maintenance Supervisor with necessary OPWDD Agency Personnel in Central Office.

Period of Performance
The contract term is 30 days after the completion of the project.

Place of Performance
The project will be performed at Springwater IRA located at 7430 Howe Ave, Springwater, NY 14560 in Livingston County.
