Solar Powered Advertising Bench w/Display Panel Advertising Program

Background
Lehman College Auxiliary Enterprise Corporation is seeking to enter into a License agreement with vendors to provide, deliver, and install four (4) outdoor solar powered benches on the Lehman Campus. The goal of this contract is to generate advertising revenue through the installation of these benches, which will feature advertising display panels.

Work Details
The contractor will provide, deliver, and install four (4) outdoor solar powered benches that include:

- Static 30”x60” advertising display with tempered glass protection
- Solar panels
- LED lighting
- 4 @ 2 fast charge dual ports USB-C and USB-A per port
- Charging pads
- Lithium batteries.

Each bench must meet the following specifications:

- Made of SS304 Stainless with wood plastic composite (WPC) seat slats
- Dimensions: 77.77” length x 33.46” width x 122.05” height
- Overhead LED lights controlled by dusk to dawn sensors or equivalent
- Bench colors to be Dark Grey – RAL 7016 or equivalent
- College name and logo engraved on the bench
- Solar panel rated at 135 Watts with tempered glass
- Advertising display includes dual LED light fixtures for illumination.

The contractor is responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the benches, including replacing LED lamps and charging batteries as needed.

Period of Performance
The initial Display Period shall commence on the first day of the month after the completion of the installation of the benches and terminate on the first anniversary of that date. The Licensor may renew this Agreement for four (4) additional one-year terms.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Lehman College, located at 250 Bedford Park Blvd W, Bronx, N.Y. 10468.

Bidder Requirements
The Licensee may not subcontract any portion of the work without prior written authorization from the Corporation. There are no stated set-aside certifications or participation goals for M/WBE or SDVOSB.
