SMPD MATERIALS ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES (Fixtures)

Background
The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a 3-year blanket order agreement to supply electrical materials, specifically fixtures, for citywide developments and the L.I.C. Warehouse.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the necessary electrical supplies are readily available on an as-needed basis, supporting NYCHA's mission to provide affordable housing and maintain its facilities.

Work Details
The awarded vendor will be required to supply various types of electrical fixtures including LED wall packs, fluorescent fixtures, indoor wall-mounted lights, emergency lights, and more. The quantities are estimates based on current usage and may vary. Specific items include:

1. LED Wall Pack - 587 units
2. Fluorescent Fixture (Surface Mount) - 16 units
3. Indoor Wall Mounted LED Light - 16 units
4. Wired Housing Fixture with Pull Chain - 440 units
5. Ceiling Flush Mount Fluorescent Fixture - 464 units
6. Ceiling Mounted LED Light - 618 units
7. Fluorescent Fixture (2-Lamps) - 5,536 units
8. LED Drum Light - 6,010 units
9. Emergency Light (Two-Heads) - 57 units.

All items must be delivered within 30 days after receipt of order.

Period of Performance
The contract will be in effect for a period of three years from the award date.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various delivery points within New York City, specifically at NYCHA's Citywide/L.I.C. Warehouse.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered with the New York State Department of State (NYS DOS). Participation in NYCHA's M/WBE Program is mandatory; vendors must submit either an MWBE Utilization Plan or a Waiver of MWBE Utilization Plan by the bid close date.

Failure to comply may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
