3. Removal of non-asbestos containing floor coverings, including but not limited to vinyl composition floor tile, linoleum, self-adhesive floor tile, carpet, ceramic floor tile, and wood flooring in unoccupied apartments (7,500 square feet).

4. Removal and replacement of vinyl cove base in complete individual rooms or areas within an apartment (6,720 linear feet).

Period of Performance
The contract term is set for three years from the award date established on NYCHA's Blanket Purchase Order or the issuance of the Notice to Proceed Order. NYCHA has the option to extend the contract for up to two additional one-year renewal periods.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various delivery points within the Queensbridge South development located in Queens, New York.
