Smd_A&Cm-Elevator Rhabilitation And Maintenance And Service

Background
The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the SMD_A&CM-Elevator Rehabilitation and Maintenance and Service.
The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive rehabilitation and maintenance services for elevators located at various housing projects including Cassidy-Lafayette, Conlon Lihfe Tower, Shelton, Woodson, and Leavitt Street-34th Avenue Houses.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing elevator rehabilitation and maintenance services.
This includes but is not limited to: regular inspections, repairs, modernization of elevator systems, compliance with safety regulations, and ensuring operational efficiency of the elevators at the specified locations.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and will continue until all services are completed as per the terms outlined in the RFQ.
The bid submission deadline has been extended to September 12, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various NYCHA housing locations in New York City including Cassidy-Lafayette Houses, Conlon Lihfe Tower, Shelton Houses, Woodson Houses, and Leavitt Street-34th Avenue Houses.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must register on the iSupplier portal to submit their bids electronically.
NYCHA will not accept hardcopy bids or submissions via email, fax, or mail.
It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure their iSupplier registration is complete prior to the bid submission deadline.
