Work Requested:
The State University Construction Fund (SUCF or the Fund) is seeking to engage multiple qualified firms (consultants) to provide comprehensive Site Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, and Surveying Services under Term Agreements. The selected firms will enter into a Master Term Agreement with the Fund, from which various project assignments may be issued throughout the agreement's duration.

Background:
The SUCF intends to establish Master Term Agreements with several consulting firms to support a variety of site infrastructure, civil engineering, and surveying projects statewide. These agreements will allow the Fund to assign projects as needed over the term of the contract.

Projects may involve modifications, replacements, reconfiguration, or additions to site infrastructure, including:

Work under these agreements may include, but is not limited to:
- Modifications, replacements, or reconfiguration of site infrastructure systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and communications distribution systems
- Work on roadways, parking areas, walkways, stairs, plazas, and other paving systems
- Installation or modification of signage, fencing, and other site amenities
- Improvements to athletic fields and related facilities
- Field administration and inspection during construction
- Preparation of progress reports and management of biweekly progress meetings
- Planning services such as investigation and comparative analysis of design scenarios, peer review, surveying and utility location services
- Development of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP)
- Assessment of site and system conditions, capacity requirements, construction phasing, and impact analysis
- Preparation of cost estimates and other related services to fully describe proposed design scenarios
