Short Term Interim Executive Leadership & Service Line Assessment

Upstate Cancer Center is seeking services for short-term interim executive leadership and a comprehensive service line assessment. The scope of work includes:

• Conducting a thorough assessment of the service line to ensure continued operations and strategic direction.

Background: In accordance with Chapter 862 of the Laws of 1990, Upstate requested and received an exemption from initially publishing this contract opportunity in the procurement opportunities newsletter (such as the NYS Contract Reporter). The Office of the State Comptroller granted a single-source exemption pursuant to Section 144(2)(e) of the Economic Development Law.
