Seeking all WBE/MBE SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS FOR Hamilton County Emergency Communications

Scope of Work Requested:
Rozell Industries Inc. is seeking quotes from all certified Minority and Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) subcontractors and suppliers for participation in the Hamilton County Emergency Communications Project Phase 1. The work to be completed involves subcontracting and supplying services or materials required for this project. All interested parties are encouraged to submit a quote.

Background:
The Hamilton County Emergency Communications Project Phase 1 is a public works initiative for which Rozell Industries Inc. is currently soliciting participation from certified M/WBE subcontractors and suppliers. The project aims to meet state-mandated diversity contracting goals.

Contract Requirements:

• All subcontractors must register and maintain registration with the NYSDOL Bureau of Public Works Labor Law 220-I Contractor Registry before bidding or commencing work on this public work project subject to NYSDOL prevailing wage labor law.
• Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) contracting goal: 15.00%
• Women Business Enterprise (WBE) contracting goal: 15.00%
