Work Requested:

• Development, hosting, and maintenance of a middleware service that enables transactional data flow between Tripleseat and 25Live through API deliverables.
• The purpose is to streamline and enhance processes at SUNY Stony Brook by integrating these two systems.

The State University of New York at Stony Brook, Division of Information Technology Enterprise Applications & Integrations ("SUNY").

Background:
This Request for Information (RFI) seeks to collect detailed insights from experienced API specialists regarding available technologies and solutions for integrating Tripleseat and 25Live. The RFI aims to gauge market interest and explore innovative approaches that could benefit SUNY Stony Brook.

Contract Requirements:

• Respondents may address all or only those RFI questions relevant to their technology offerings.
• There will be no contract awarded as a result of this RFI; it is solely for information gathering.
• Participation is voluntary, and responses will not bind SUNY or any other agency to any purchase or obligation.
