Work Details

4. Install new synthetic underlayment, drip edge, flashing, counter flashing, pipe boots, exhaust vents, starter shingles, and 30-year architectural shingles in 'Charcoal' color (approximately 29 squares).
5. Ensure all shingles are installed with a high wind nailing pattern.
6. Bid must include two parts: A) Price for roof tear-off and replacement; B) Price per piece for any additional fascia, aluminum wrapping, or plywood decking that may need replacement during the project.
7. All work must be conducted between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in an occupied home setting.
Period of Performance
The work is to be completed within 45 days of contract award unless modified.
