Description

Background
The Essex County Board of Supervisors is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of steel sheet piling materials necessary for the River Road (CR18) over Tributary to Franklin Falls Pond Culvert Project. The goal of this contract is to ensure the delivery of high-quality materials that meet industry standards for a critical infrastructure project.

Work Details
The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver all steel sheet piles, corner connectors, and associated materials as specified. The materials must be new, unused, and manufactured according to applicable ASTM standards. Specific requirements include:

- Steel sheet piles meeting minimum section requirements (PZC-13 with Sx = 24.2 in^3)
- Minimum vertical sheet pile length of 11 ft
- Total perimeter length of 186 ft
- Total number of individual sheets required: 88 (including an additional 10%)
- Total number of corner connectors: 10 (Type SKP9)

Additionally, bidders must provide mill certifications, product data, handling and shipping documentation, and a delivery schedule.
