Background
The Harrietstown Housing Authority (HHA) is soliciting qualifications for Architectural and Engineering Services to support their mission of providing quality housing.

Work Details
The selected firm will provide comprehensive Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Services, including:

3. Conducting pre-bid meetings and distributing necessary addenda.
4. Assisting in bid evaluations.

7. Conducting job meetings and recording minutes for distribution.
8. Performing site inspections to ensure compliance with contract documents, submitting inspection reports, and advising on non-compliance issues.
9. Providing reproducible copies of all plans reflecting 'as built' conditions.
Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a three-year period with the possibility of two one-year extensions.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations managed by the Harrietstown Housing Authority in Saranac Lake, NY.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must maintain specific insurances: Professional Liability of at least $1,000,000, General Liability of at least $1,000,000, and Worker’s Compensation of at least $100,000.
