The New York State Housing Finance Agency (HFA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a technology solution that supports Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) compliance, goal setting, waiver tracking, reporting, and engagement across New York State.

5. Automated Messaging: Capability to issue messages at present intervals.

7. Waiver Process: Streamlined system for waiver submissions.
8. Team Oversight: Tools for project assignment and compliance tracking.
9. EEO Workforce Reporting: Generate workforce data reports.
10. Economic Impact Reporting: Detailed community impact reports including job creation and diversity metrics.
11. Visual Reporting: Customizable reports with integrated charts and graphs.
Period of Performance
The contract will be for a five-year period with two optional two-year renewals and one optional one-year renewal.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must demonstrate a minimum of five years' experience in providing supplier diversity compliance solutions to government agencies.
The proposal must include evidence of MWBE/SDVOB certification if applicable.
