Background
The City of Watervliet, New York, is soliciting proposals from qualified consultant firms to assist with support and management services related to various State and Federal grant programs.

No Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside. Total MWBE Participation Goals are set at 10%.
Proposals must include a description of the business/firm, location of the business, knowledge and experience with CDBG and Main Street grants over the last five years, proposed hourly rate for services, among other components.
